This remodeled one bedroom, one bathroom home is located just 1 mile to The Springs- Hot Springs Resort and just steps away from Boise Basin Museum (where you can enjoy a city walking tour), Diamond Lil’s Saloon, Sarsaparilla Ice Cream Parlor, The Goldmine Restaurant and Saloon, and preserved landmark buildings of this Gold Rush “boom” town founded in 1862. Take a short stroll and you will find the cutest shops, restaurants, historic buildings, Pioneer Cemetery, parks and saloons Idaho City has to offer! If you love the outdoors and backcountry, you’ll be close to countless hot springs (Kirkham Hot Springs is just a 55-minute drive, along with Pine Flats, Bonneville, Boat Box, Sunbeam and other natural hot springs!), gorgeous hiking trails, hunting, skiing, fishing, snowmobiling, mountain biking, snowshoeing and more!

The beautifully re-designed kitchen offers new cabinetry, granite countertops, floating shelves, and stainless appliances. Fully stocked, you’ll have everything needed to make a comfort meal. During the warm months we offer a 14,000 BTU Portable Air Conditioning Unit to keep you nice and cool!

The remodeled bathroom, embellished by a beautiful stained glass privacy window, includes a stand-up shower, pedestal sink and instant hot water tank.

Then, elevate your sleep! In the bedroom, you’ll find a Queen DreamCloud Premier Hybrid Mattress; a plush, breathable cashmere blend Euro Top quilted with CertiPUR-US® certified memory foam. Hotel quality sheets, assorted pillows, and multiple throws will keep you warm and snuggly! The bedroom also includes a full walk-in closet, accent chair, dimmable night light sconces, charging stations on each nightstand and a barn door.

You and your guests will have access to the entire home (there are 2 locked storage cabinets in the closet reserved for housekeeping)

You'll be walking distance to all shops, bars, tourist spots, local events and restaurants!

We welcome one (1) dog. PLEASE ENSURE YOUR DOG IS ADDED TO YOUR RESERVATION!

There is a $25 fee for pet cleaning. Pet food dish and water dish are provided for your pup’s convenience. Dogs are not to be left unattended, and please do not allow your furry buddy on the furniture!

The front door has digital entry, no check-in is required and there are no keys to lose!

You will receive an e-mail 2 days prior to arrival with the entry code.

Complimentary coffee, tea, honey and essentials provided.

Guests may park directly on Montgomery Street in front of the house. If street parking is not available, there are countless public parking and street parking options available.

Wifi Internet is available (password will be in your welcome e-mail and book).

While there is no laundry in the house, a laundromat is located ½ mile away on Highway 21
