The Minimalists Escape is perfect for traveling professionals who are traveling to the Boise area. With all the amenities of home, we aim to please with a pristine and comfortable space to call your own during your stay in the Treasure Valley. The unit itself is well equipped with a private patio with propane grill and seating. The home itself is tastefully designed with plenty of storage for your travel needs. Perfect for adventuring friends, a small family, or traveling professionals.

For guests staying greater than 30 nights please see our house rules for midterm considerations.
Guest has full and private access to the home. The garage is reserved for owner use and is not accessible to guests. Guests also have access to the shared outdoor common area located to the rear of the property.
I do not typically meet in person with my guests but am accessible, if needed.
This location is fantastic! The Minimalists Escape is just a short walk to the local winery or Boise River Greenbelt. Once on the Greenbelt, you are just a scooter ride to eateries, shops, parks, coffee, events, surfing, and all of downtown Boise.
There is ample private parking for two large vehicles in the driveway and additional free street parking that is first come first serve. We highly recommend renting a bicycle to access the Greenbelt which will make most attractions incredibly accessible. The City of Boise offers multiple rental apps for scooters and bikes, as well, which are a great option for those one time occasions!

We had a great stay in the condo, it had just what we needed. We loved how conveniently located it was. We didn’t get to use the hot tub, but the common area was lovely. We’d definitely return!
We have stayed with JoAnna several times & each time she has been a fantastic host! Each unit is unique & well equipped with everything you need for a great stay.
Thank you for a wonderful stay it was just as nice as your listing! We were in town visiting our dear friends Heath and Andi VanPatten with Next Home! We had wonderful massages at Two Rivers Spa and also enjoyed a day cruising on Payette Lake and toured Tamarack Resort! Idaho was a breath of fresh air ❤️ Thanks again for a great place, home away from home! Sincerely, Candie Forgive me but I just realized we didn’t put the trash in the large receptacle outside. We did not eat or cook at your place we just made a pot of coffee. We did enjoy the hot tub! There was a chlorine tablet sitting in it and it had PLENTY in it, the fumes were strong. We did watch the arrival video and thought you’d like to know the hot tub red release latch is missing. What a bummer the plants at the outdoor patio/spa didn’t survive.
