For guests planning to stay 30 nights or more we ask that you please refer to our house rules for special considerations for your stay.
This is the end unit of a 4plex. Guests have access to the entirety of their unit including a private, fenced in patio. The common area (which includes the spa and fireplace) is accessible to guests but is a shared space amongst the other three units within the 4plex.
Guests do not have any access to the garage as this is reserved for owner use only.
It is our top priority to give our guests their space and privacy during their stay. That said, we are always available and encourage our guests to reach out should they need any assistance. Please feel free to message via the app or text the number(s) provided.
This developing area of Garden City is experiencing an influx of new breweries, wineries, makers spaces, and eateries. The unique location is only 8 minutes from downtown Boise and conveniently close to the Boise River Greenbelt.
There is ample parking for two vehicles dedicated to this unit. In addition to this, there is free street parking that is first come, first serve. Public transportation, such as rentable scooters, Uber, or Lyft are highly accessible. Riding your bike on the Boise River Greenbelt is also highly convenient and recommended to access downtown.
Housekeeping available for an additional fee.

Enjoyed our stay! Cute little spot. Would recommend to anyone staying in the Boise area.
Great location. Nice amenities and very clean! Wish the couches were a bit more cozy for cuddling up on but otherwise wonderful!
JoAnna was an amazing host! house was super fun- kids loved it! We will be staying again in future.
